Brulee with Vanilla Ice Cream

The surface of the yaki-imo (baked sweet potato) is bruleed and served with vanilla ice cream. The "Beniharuka" variety, characterized by its sticky texture and sweetness, is used to bring out the sweetness and flavor by slowly heating the inside of the potato with far-infrared rays. No take-out available. The total of 220,000 servings will be sold, and will be closed when sold out. Prices are 230 yen/240 yen/260 yen (tax included, prices vary by store).

: The pie crust is baked with caramelized sweet potato dice from southern Kyushu. The sweet potatoes are smooth and flavorful Benimasari. The caramelized sweet potatoes are accented with the savory flavor of the caramel and the crunchy texture of the crumble. No takeout. The total of 330,000 servings will be sold, and will end as soon as they are sold out. Prices are 270 yen/280 yen/300 yen.

You can enjoy two flavors: the refined sweetness of the sweet potato catalana made with Tanegashima-grown Beniharuko and the savory caramel catalana made with handmade caramel slowly cooked from granulated sugar.
