Marugame Seimen Kawaramachi Sanjo Store "Saikyo Misodare Udon with Pork Shabu"
Combine the refreshing pork shabu-shabu with Saikyo miso sauce

At the Kawaramachi Sanjo store of Marugame Seimen, the menu "Pig Shabu-shabu Saikyo Misodare Udon" will be released on January 25th in collaboration with students from Doshisha University. Limited time until late February. The price is average 640 yen (tax included).

This is a menu jointly developed by Marugame Seimen and students from the Takahashi Seminar, Faculty of Commerce, Doshisha University, which studies regional brands and brand marketing strategies of retail companies. The fat is removed in consideration of calories, and the pork made into shabu-shabu is mixed with Chinese cabbage and shimeji mushrooms, and mixed with "Nishikyo miso sauce", which is loved in Kyoto.

It seems that it is finished with a sesame flavor and a mellow taste. If you like, sprinkle with chili oil and taste it.
