At each Marugame Seimen store, "Kamo Negi Udon" will be on sale for a limited time from January 11th to early March (excluding some stores). The price is average 620 yen and large 720 yen (tax included).

Duck green onion udon is a limited-time menu where you can enjoy plenty of duck meat and roasted green onions. For duck meat, you can enjoy the umami of the meat and the sweetness of the fat that are unique to duck, using two types of parts, the elastic thigh meat and the loin, which has a delicious sweetness of fat.

This is combined with grilled green onions that go well with each other, and the accent is finished with chopped yuzu and trefoil. Also, the soup stock is said to be "sweet" for duck green onion udon.
