At each store of unattached Kura Sushi, new works of the Ehomaki series "Akaoni Maki" and "Aooni Maki" for Setsubun have appeared. It is sold by pre-order in a limited quantity of 13,000 each. Reservations will be accepted until February 3rd. You can pick it up on February 3rd (take-out only). The price is 220 yen each (excluding tax, the same applies below).

Akaoni-maki is an ehomaki with two shrimp heavens and shrimp mayo wrapped in the back (the seaweed is on the inside and the vinegared rice is on the outside), and the outside is sprinkled with the original Shichimi. The crispy texture of shrimp heaven, the spicy spiciness of shichimi, and the mild taste of shrimp mayo are a perfect match.

On the other hand, the blue demon roll is made by wrapping conger eel (eel in western Japan and Kyushu), shimesaba, cucumber, egg, and shiitake mushrooms, and sprinkling domestic grape sansho and sea lettuce on the outside. It seems that the refreshing spiciness that lingers behind is a habit.
