"Hokkaido Ohagi Yoshikawa", a specialty store of "handmade ohagi" using materials from Hokkaido, will open in Nishiwaseda, Tokyo on December 17th. The first directly managed store operated by the Japanese sweets manufacturing company "Yoshikawa Foods" in Hokkaido.

The botamochi at the store is handmade after receiving an order. It seems that all ingredients such as azuki beans, glutinous rice, sugar, kinako and black rice are made in Hokkaido.

There are three types of lineup: "Tsubuan Ohagi", which uses 100% Hokkaido azuki beans, "Koshian Ohagi", which has an elegant and smooth mouthfeel, and "Kinako Ohagi", which is recommended for people who are not good at bean paste. The price is 140 yen (tax included) per piece.

It is also possible to change the dough to black rice from Hokkaido. You can enjoy the difference in flavor and texture. At the same time, it is said that a rice cake made from seasonal ingredients will be prepared.
