The red beans from Tokachi in Hokkaido are used for the red bean paste, which is carefully cooked to a rich flavor. You can enjoy this special coarse-polished Daifuku made with richly flavored and fragrant new rice only available now. The price is 108 yen (tax included, same as below).

Daifuku with Walnut Soy Sauce

The flavor of the new rice, the texture of the grains, and the aroma of soy sauce can be felt in this limited-time-only flavor. It is recommended to compare it with the standard coarse-paste Daifuku. Price: 108 yen.

Hakushu Meisui Salted Bean Daifuku

SHATERAISE "Hakushu Meisui Salted Bean Daifuku

Daifuku is made with a dough kneaded with flavorful Hokkaido red peas and filled with homemade sweet bean paste. The dough is made from Miyagi Prefecture's Miyagikogane rice, which is characterized by its firm yet stretchy texture, and its sweetness is kept to a minimum, allowing the original sweetness and flavor of the rice to be felt. The bean paste is made from large, flavorful Dainagon azuki beans from Hokkaido, and is cooked to a soft red bean paste. The balance of the subtle saltiness of the salted bean dough and the sweetness of the sweet bean paste, combined with the fresh flavor and sweetness of the new rice, makes this a delicious treat available only now. Price: 151 yen.
