The seasonal menus "Oyster and Scallop Seafood Tendon" and "Fumoto Akatori Tendon" will be released on October 27th at each Tenya chain store (excluding some stores).

The oyster and scallop seafood tendon is a gorgeous seafood tendon with oysters as the main characters, scallops, shrimp, and squid. The large oyster "Tama Seiro" from Hiroshima prefecture, which is characterized by its full-bodied and crispy texture, is used. The tempura, which is steamed plumply in a fresh state, is slightly sweet, and when chewed, the rich taste spreads later. The price is 830 yen (tax included) with miso soup. The Fumoto Akatori Tendon is a tendon made from the brand chicken "Fumoto Akatori", which is characterized by its delicate meat quality and deep taste. It is said that it is carefully soaked in a special sauce based on ginger soy sauce to make a juicy and satisfying chicken tempura. The price is 650 yen (tax included) with miso soup. Scheduled to be sold until January 11th.
