The ultimate curry ramen, born here

What do you think of when you think of "curry ramen"? I think many people imagine curry roux with noodles. Yes, it's like curry udon.

But this curry ramen is a little different. A lot of spices that float in the transparent soup. It's a ramen like Sapporo's specialty, soup curry.

The 20th anniversary of the popular ramen shop, Menya Musashi, "Kinno Musashi". Special ramen is served once a month at each store over the course of a year. The eighth is Akihabara Takehito "Kinno Akiba Curry Noodles". It is a custom-made ramen that has only one cup in the world.

The first thing that is passed is the order table. Enter the points you are interested in in your physical condition and your preference for spiciness. Based on this, spices are mixed and added to the soup.

Recently, my internal organs and skin are getting tired ...

The spices I chose for me were coriander, nutmeg, cumin, cardamom, turmeric, and garlic pickled in oil. As an accent, nuts such as walnuts and fresh tomatoes are also on.

Originally, the soup contains about 27 kinds of spices in a well-balanced manner, but the mechanism is to add custom-made spices selected from about 40 kinds.

It is a spice prepared "only" for the author.

In addition, there are two more bespoke elements.

First, boiled noodles. Boil the noodles with one of the three herbs (lemongrass, kaffir lime, marigold) according to the spices. This suppresses the scent of Kansui, which is peculiar to ramen noodles, and makes it easier to blend with the soup.

The other is a topping on the gray onion. This also sprinkles one of the coriander, watercress, and Italian parsley to match the spices.

The author used a combination of hot water with marigold and topping with coriander. In the end, even if you select the same item in the order table, it will not be exactly the same.

Take a sip of soup and be convinced. It is just one word that each spice does not fight and a complex and profound harmony is born.

Beef that is just right on the fire is grilled in a spicy sauce. Together with the noodles, it fits comfortably with the soup.

Probably a wonderful cup with a sense of unity, more than any curry ramen I've ever eaten, more than curry udon, more than curry rice. It oozes out slowly ... No, I wiped off the sweat that was flowing out, and I ate it in no time.
