Snaprace, an analysis of SNS-friendly posts, has developed the ultimate SNS-friendly ramen in collaboration with Asrapport. It will be released sequentially at some stores of "Dosanko", a long-established store that has been in business for over 50 years. The price is 1,280 yen (tax included).

"Happy Rainbow Ramen" is a menu that makes you feel good on SNS. It was developed in pursuit of SNS shine by utilizing Snaprace's SNS shine judgment system.

It features a visual with a strong impact that overturns the common sense of the ramen world. The ramen with 7 color gradations of pink, orange, yellow, green, sky blue, blue and purple is a visual that makes you want to take a picture.


This thick rainbow is a cheese fondue sauce colored in 7 colors. This rainbow cheese sauce is entwined with 7 pieces of char siu and colored, and arranged in order so that it becomes rainbow-colored. Since each piece of char siu is entwined with cheese sauce of different colors, the point is that the colors do not get mixed up and the gradation can be arranged neatly. At first, it wasn't easy to get a beautiful rainbow gradation, and I came up with this method through trial and error.

The stomach is full of crispy vegetables, soft-boiled egg, and chewy char siu. When you lift the noodles with chopsticks, the thick rainbow cheese gets entangled with the noodles for a more impactful visual.


It goes without saying that the taste of ramen is the most important, no matter how beautiful it looks. "Happy Rainbow Ramen" is authentic not only in appearance but also in taste. It is based on the remade "Miso Curry Ramen". The combination of "Hokkaido Miso" / "Shinshu Miso" + "Cheese" + "Curry" is delicious and does not disappoint. The original noodles made from 100% Hokkaido wheat, "Dosan Noodles," are often entwined with miso curry soup and cheese, giving it a rich and profound taste.
