Yamada Udon Restaurant "Seasonal Hamaguri Ramen", "Niboshi Shoyu Ramen", "Spicy Hot and Spicy Hot Ramen" "Premium Ramen Fair"
Yamada Udon Restaurant has announced on its official website that it will be holding a "Premium Ramen Fair". The "Seasonal Hamaguri Ramen," "Niboshi Shoyu Ramen," and "Spicy Hot and Spicy Hot Ramen" will be available.

The official website announced that Yamada Udon Restaurant will be holding a "Premium Ramen Fair," and the fair menu will be available from March 1.
Premium Ramen Fair
This year's fair features "Seasonal Hamaguri Ramen," "Niboshi Shoyu Ramen," and "Spicy Hot and Spicy Hot Ramen," all of which use special thin noodles made with stone-ground whole wheat flour from Hokkaido. All are priced at 790 yen (tax included, same below).
Each "A set" includes a mini curry bowl or mini egg bowl for an additional 160 yen. For an additional 200 yen, the "B Set" includes a "Mini Kakiage Don", "Mini Punch Don", or "Mini Red Punch Don".
Seasonal Hamaguri Ramen
The "Seasonal Hamaguri Ramen" is said to be a dish with a gentle broth. The toppings include acorn, bamboo shoots, naruto, potherb mustard, and yuzu.
Niboshi-kei Shoyu Ramen
The "Niboshi-kei Shoyu Ramen" is characterized by the delicious taste of niboshi. The toppings include chashu pork, half-boiled flavored egg, menma, nato, chopped green onion, yuzu, mitsuba, and nori.
Spicy hot and spicy hot and spicy ramen
The "spicy hot and spicy ramen" has a spicy and numbing taste. Toppings include pork, cabbage, carrot, kikurage, garlic sprouts, bean sprouts, onion, and chopped green onion.
