I visited around 20:00 on Friday, when the world would be having fun drinking. It's a normal Yoshinoya in the daytime, but it's true that red lanterns are hanging and there are signs. The "Izakaya" Yoshinoya seems to be open on the second floor.


When you enter the store, pass by the customer who is drawing the beef bowl and go up the stairs, the air changes completely. A lively voice can be heard here and there. Inside the familiar store, which is not much different from the first floor, there are table seats for 4 and 2 people, and a group of red-faced men talk with a beer in one hand. Of course, you can see one person at the counter seat. It's almost full.

On the table, in addition to the usual beef bowl menu, there is a menu for drinking Yoshinomi.


Drinks include bottled beer (410 yen), draft beer, highball, chu-hi, plum wine (350 yen or more), cold sake (340 yen), shochu (300 yen), hoppy (200 yen and up), soft drinks (120 yen). ) Is lined up. There are no cocktails, but it's a good variety and reasonably priced for a little drink.

Looking at the snacks, in addition to the Yoshinoya beef plate (250 yen and up), stewed beef tendon (350 yen), tuna sashimi (300 yen), omelet grilled (200 yen), edamame (150 yen), etc. There is also a izakaya-like menu. Apparently, a fryer has been introduced, including fried foods such as french fries (200 yen) and shrimp fritters (250 yen).

In addition, there is a Yoshinoya that is normally open downstairs, so you can order beef bowls. There is a wide range of choices, from light snacks to solid bowls.

I ordered draft beer, beef plate, edamame, and shrimp fritters. This is just 1,000 yen. The beef plate is the usual Yoshinoya taste. Edamame and shrimp fritters, which are probably frozen foods, are not delicious, but freshly fried shrimp goes well with beer. After all warm pinch is good.


It's not a long-lived atmosphere, but isn't it enough to have a quick drink and go home? Since the quantity of each item is not too large, even one person can pick up several items. When you're hungry, you have the option of "starting with beef bowl ...". There is also a TV, and the inside of the store is non-smoking, but there is a separate smoking room, so it is unexpectedly comfortable. After all, it's easy to put in, so you can use it enough for a "little drink" on your way home from work.

By the way, it seems that the campaign is currently underway, and bottled beer was 350 yen and draft beer was 310 yen.


As of July 2014, there are three Yoshidori stores: Nishigotanda 1-chome store, Tokyo Station Yaesu-dori store, and JR Kanda station store. Business hours are from 17:30 on weekdays (17:00 at the JR Kanda store) to 22:30. It is said that it will continue to develop mainly in stores with seats on the second floor.
