Rafute will stick out of the bowl!
"New Year Rafute Udon" will be on sale from January 1st to 9th, 2017 at each Marugame Seimen and Marugame Seimen store (excluding some stores). The price is average 690 yen and large 790 yen, both including tax.
This is a udon noodle that is served with pork kakuni "rafute", which is popular as one of the New Year's dishes in the Okinawa region, "so that it sticks out of the bowl". Softly stewed pork ribs are placed on a thick ankake.
The melting taste of sweet and spicy pork goes well with the hot ankake and chewy noodles. Add plenty of grated ginger if you like.
