This is a cold bukkake udon topped with 4 hot chicken tempura and plenty of creamy tartar sauce. It is topped with chopped onions that are crispy and crunchy.
Chicken heaven is made from thigh meat with plenty of gravy to make it "crispy and juicy". It has a refreshing yuzu flavor so that you can eat it refreshingly even if it has a lot of volume. It is said that the moderate acidity of the rich tartar sauce also enhances the taste of chicken tempura.
The combination of bukkake soup stock and tartar sauce seems to be addictive
