Kurazushi will hold a "Gokujo Kani" Fair. The "Extra Large Snow Crab" (whole unit), "Two Kinds of Crab Gunkan", "Crab with Tosa Vinegar Jelly Gunkan", and the "Gokujin no Ippin" series "Gokujin Tamatebako" will be available from March 23, 2023 for a limited time.

Gunkan "Two kinds of Crab Gunkan" are available at the same time: "Crab Meat Gunkan" and "Crab Meat Miso Gunkan". The "Crab Miso Gunkan" is made with crab innards from Japanese red snow crabs. No chemical seasoning, artificial sweetener, synthetic coloring, or artificial preservatives are added, and you can enjoy the richness and flavor of the crab miso. Along with the "crab meat gunkan" of snow crab, the rich taste of crab meat combined with the flavor of nori (seaweed) makes this dish recommended as an accompaniment to sake. This menu item is not available for take-out.

Gokujo

Kani-Tamatebako "Gokujo Kani-Tamatebako" is part of the "Goku no Ippin" series and is a reintroduction of a menu item that was very popular in 2022. The flakes of snow crab and the meaty snow crab sticks are arranged in the crab shell without any space between the flakes, making the crab a very satisfying dish.

Toppings include sea urchin, which melts in the mouth thanks to the absence of alum, and salmon roe, which is characterized by its chewy texture and rich flavor, making it possible to enjoy the dish to the last bite. The dish is available in limited quantities and cannot be taken home.
