green bell pepper 3-4 pieces

Cooked Tuna 60g (2.12oz)
mayonnaise 1.5 tablespoons
soy sauce 1 teaspoon
salad oil 2 teaspoons

Stuffed Bell Pepper with Tuna Mayo

Ingredients

3 or 4 green peppers
1 slice of hanpen
60 g tuna in water
1.5 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 teaspoon soy sauce
2 teaspoons salad oil

Directions

Cut washed green pepper in half lengthwise and remove seeds and stem.


Put the peppers in a plastic bag and rub them by hand to loosen them finely.
