Brassica rapa var. amplexicaulu	a bundle
tofu	150g (5.29oz)
soy sauce	2 teaspoons
sugar	2 teaspoons
ground sesame	4 teaspoons

Tofu paste with rape blossoms

Ingredients

1 bunch rape blossoms
150 g tofu
2 teaspoons soy sauce
2 teaspoons sugar
4 teaspoons ground sesame seeds

Directions

1. wash rape blossoms well in a bowl of water and cut into 4 cm pieces. Put them in a heatproof container, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave for 2 minutes at 500W.


Wrap the tofu in kitchen paper and microwave at 500W for 3 minutes to drain. You can also weigh it down and leave it to drain for 30 minutes.

Drain the rapeseed flowers and tofu thoroughly, then mix them with the rapeseed flowers while breaking up the tofu.


Add soy sauce, sugar, and white ground sesame seeds.
