Cocos "Pudding a la mode", "Cocosh & Fresh Fruits" and other new spring and summer menu items


The grand menu at Cocos will be revised for spring and summer starting March 3. The menu will feature seasonal ingredients such as tomatoes and snap peas, refreshing lemon dishes, and sweets made with several kinds of fresh fruits cut in the store.

Cocos Grand Menu


Introduced this time for spring and summer are "Lemon Cream with Scallops and Prawns," "Lemon Cream with Scallops and Prawns," "Pasta with Seafood Soup," "Authentic Pizza Quattro Formaggi," "Spiced Curry with Caribbean Chicken and Nuts," "Cocotte Hamburger with Cheese Fondue," "Caribbean Chicken Jambalaya Sansho Chicken Steak, Wrapped Hamburger Steak with Choice of Small Bowls, Pudding A La Mode, Coconut & Fresh Fruit, CoCo Pudding, and Lemon Glacé Crispy S'mores.

Lemon Cream with Scallops and Prawns


Scallops and Prawns with Lemon Cream" is a dish of scallops, prawns and broccoli in cream. The gentle richness and aroma of milk is accented with the refreshing acidity of lemon. The price is 429 yen (tax included, same as below).

Baked Pumpkin with Cheese - Tomato Sauce


Baked Pumpkin with Cheese in Tomato Sauce" is a combination of soft and sweet pumpkin, tomato sauce, and cheese, baked in the oven. The balsamic and basil sauces give it a refreshing aroma. The selling price is 319 yen.

Seafood Soup Pasta


Pasta in Seafood Soup" is an improved version of the classic Cocos menu. It features the flavor of shrimp, squid, clams, and mussels. It is served in a deep bowl, so you can enjoy it warm until the end. The selling price is 979 yen.


Six types of pasta with specific icons on the menu can be changed to low-sugar fettuccine with 50% less sugar for an additional 110 yen.

Authentic Pizza Quattro Formaggi


The "Authentic Pizza Quattro Formaggi" is made with four types of cheese: mozzarella, gouda, gorgonzola, and steppe. You can enjoy the gorgeous aroma, richness, and chunky texture of each cheese. You can also enjoy the combination of the salty and sweet flavors of the cheeses by pouring the honey that comes separately. The price is 869 yen.

Caribbean Chicken and Nut Spice Curry


The "Caribbean Chicken and Nut Spice Curry" is a spice curry combined with the classic Cocos menu item "Caribbean Chicken". It is made with 10 different spices, including cardamom, cayenne pepper, and cinnamon. It also features a fruity sweetness blended with tomatoes and onions. Cashew nut puree is added as a secret ingredient to add depth to the flavor. Fresh vegetables, boiled eggs, mixed nuts and cassoulet are also included in this dish. It is priced at 1,089 yen.

Caribbean Chicken Jambalaya


The "Caribbean Chicken Jambalaya" is an easy to eat platter of a classic dish that used to be served on a griddle. Fresh kale and tomatoes are added to give it a colorful finish. It is priced at 1,089 yen.

Cocotte hamburger steak with cheese fondue


Cheese fondue cocotte hamburger steak" is a soft and juicy hamburger steak made with 100% Amani pork and four kinds of cheese, including Gouda and Grana Padano, in a cheese fondue style. Vegetables, such as pumpkin and broccoli, can be dipped into the melted cheese and enjoyed. The selling price is 924 yen.

Sansho Chicken Steak


The Sansho Chicken Steak is a single piece of chicken thigh steak with spring onions, shimeji mushrooms, shishito peppers and the rich aroma of red Japanese pepper. The crispy texture and the spicy red sansho pepper make this a refreshing dish. It can be enjoyed with the optional salted lemon sauce. Retail price is 814 yen.

Wrapped hamburger steak set with choice of small bowl


The "Selectable small bowl of wrapped hamburger steak set" includes a small bowl of rice topped with tasty Aichi Prefecture kama-age shirasu, a small bowl of salmon, and a small bowl of tuna tataki. In addition, there are two side dishes: "Saikyo-grilled Spanish Mackerel with Saikyo Miso" and "Tatsuta-age Red Fish with Crispy Batter," making the menu more enjoyable to choose from. The price is 1,309 yen.

Pudding a la mode


The "Pudding a la mode" is a dish that uses fresh fruits cut in the store. The fruits used will change depending on the season: strawberries in March and April, mangoes in May and June, oranges in July and August, and grapes in September. The schedule is subject to change depending on availability. The selling price is 594 yen.

Coconut & Fresh Fruit


Cocoche & Fresh Fruit is another dish that uses fresh fruits cut in the restaurant. The fruit selection changes depending on the season: strawberries in March and April, mangoes in May and June, oranges in July and August, and grapes in September. The schedule is subject to change depending on availability. The selling price is 649 yen.

CoCo Pudding


CoCo Pudding is Cocos' original retro pudding. It is characterized by its moist and smooth texture with a firm yet rich mouthfeel. When you take a bite, you can smell the gorgeous aroma of orange in your nose. You can enjoy it with the whipped cream on top.


In addition to eat-in, there is also a takeaway package with an original Cocos design. The price is 319 yen for eat-in and 313 yen for To go.

Lemon Glacé Crispy S'mores


The Lemon Glacé Crispy S'mores is a rich gateau chocolate covered with marshmallows and baked in the oven. The sweet and sour taste of the lemon glacé is accentuated by the moderate bitterness of the zest. The warm chocolates and cool, creamy vanilla ice cream combine to create a melt-in-your-mouth treat. Some stores will start selling it on a different date. The Yamaguchi Ube Airport branch is excluded.
