Marron Fair will be held at Cocos starting October 13. The lineup includes "Hand-Squeezed Mont Blanc Parfait," "Glass Parfait with Shibuhaki Chestnuts," "Autumn Pudding a la Mode," and "Mont Blanc Millefeuille with Japanese Chestnut Cream."
Marron FairFour items are now available, including marron cream with a smooth texture using Italian chestnuts, astringent chestnut ice cream that retains the texture of chestnuts, and a rich salted caramel sauce using French Lorraine rock salt that complements the chestnuts. Pudding a la mode with fresh fruit from the grand menu is now available with marron cream and astringent chestnuts, giving it an autumnal look. The drink bar features marron tea with rich marron and a hint of caramel aroma.
Hand-Squeezed Mont Blanc ParfaitThis parfait allows you to enjoy the smooth texture of Mont Blanc. With rich marron cream with astringent skin made from astringent chestnuts and Italian chestnuts, and astringent chestnut ice cream that retains the texture of chestnuts, you can enjoy the season's chestnuts to your heart's content. The chestnuts are complemented by a rich salted caramel sauce made with Lorraine salt from France and a refreshingly sweet caramel jelly. Sticky marshmallows, crunchy chocolate crisps, and smooth, bittersweet chocolate pudding add to the texture. The price is 1,089 yen (tax included).
Glass Parfait with Shibuhaki ChestnutsWith astringent chestnuts, marron cream, and astringent chestnut ice cream, this dish allows you to enjoy chestnuts. The rich salted caramel sauce and bittersweet chocolate pudding complement the sweetness of the chestnuts. This mini-sized parfait is perfect for after dinner. Price: 429 yen.
Autumn Pudding a la modeThe popular pudding a la mode on the grand menu is now available in a marron version. Coco's original CoCo pudding is decorated with marron cream with astringent Italian chestnuts and astringent chestnuts, and served with astringent chestnut ice cream. Paired with fresh fruits such as apples, oranges, bananas, and kiwis. Price: 649 yen.
Mont Blanc millefeuille with Japanese chestnut creamCrispy pie crust sandwiched with smooth marron cream made with Italian chestnuts, topped with moist Japanese chestnut cream mont blanc and astringent chestnuts, and served with astringent chestnut ice cream.
