New early summer items "Fruit Chiffon," "Biwa Pancake with Harajuku Honey Syrup," "Mango Pudding," "Mango Roll Cake," and "Sato Nishiki Tart" will be available at Colomban stores and salons from April 8 to June 16. Only "Sato Nishiki Tart" will go on sale on May 20.

Fruit Chiffon

A fluffy chiffon cake with six kinds of fruits such as strawberries, raspberries, loquats, and grapefruits. The chiffon pastry is filled with a generous amount of Diplomat cream. The price is 972 yen (tax included, same as below).

Biwa Pancake with Harajuku Honey Syrup

Nagasaki loquat compote, juicy and elegantly sweet, is topped with fluffy and moist pancakes. The pancakes are topped with fluffy, moist pancakes and served with a drizzle of fragrant Harajuku honey syrup. Price: 972 yen.

Mango Pudding

A combination of rich sweet mango pudding topped with melted pulp and coconut mousse. The lychee jelly is added between the pudding and mousse for an exotic and elegant taste. Price: 702 yen.

Mango Roll Cake

Diced mango and mango custard cream are rolled in a moist, vanilla-scented dough. White chocolate and passion fruit chocolate copeau is decorated as flower petals. Approximately 12 cm long, priced at 1,296 yen.

Sato Nishiki Tart

A crisply baked tart crust topped with almond cream, mousseline (a combination of custard cream and butter cream), and fresh cream. It is lavishly decorated with brightly colored Sato Nishiki. The price is 1,080 yen.
