Ingredients (for 2 people)

1 can of tuna 8 cans of okra Grated radish 150g (5.29oz)
1/2 tablespoon of ponzu
1/2 teaspoon of mustard and ginger tube

How to make grated okra and tuna

Mix grated ginger, ponzu soy sauce, and mustard in a container.

Wash the okra, remove the calyx, sprinkle with salt, and rub it to remove the downy hair.


Arrange them alternately on a bakeware, wrap them in plastic wrap, and heat them in a microwave oven at 500W for 1 minute and 10 seconds. After taking it out, remove the wrap and remove the rough heat.
