Ingredients
7 okra1 zucchini
3 myoga
2 teaspoons chicken broth
1 tablespoon white sesame seeds
1 teaspoon sesame oil
Directions
Wash okra, cut off the top part, and slice diagonally into 3 or 4 pieces. Wash zucchini and cut into round slices about 3 mm wide.Put okra and zucchini in a heatproof container, cover with plastic wrap and microwave at 500W for 3 minutes.
Cut myoga into thin diagonal slices.
