"Eat Japanese-style sesame oil" and "Eat mala sauce" have a garlic scent! Also pay attention to the unique label

"Eating oil" series sold by Odawaraya pickles shop in Fukushima prefecture. I was attracted to the unique packaging and bought bottled "Japanese-style sesame oil to eat" and "Mala soy sauce to eat". The price is 450 yen each (tax included).

◆ Japanese-style sesame oil to eat

A seasoning that combines rapeseed oil and sesame oil with fried garlic, fried onion, powdered soy sauce, chicken extract, pork extract, etc. Look for the surreal label with the garlic illustration. "Sesame is the main character, but I'm garlic. Well, don't worry about the details." Since the ingredients are collected at the bottom of the bottle, it is better to mix them with a spoon before using.

Simply put "Japanese-style sesame oil to eat" and green onions on the cold tofu to complete the dish. When combined with smooth tofu, the crunchy texture of garlic and onions stands out. A habit of garlic with the scent of sesame oil. Moderately salty is irresistible!

Stir-fried pork belly and Chinese cabbage with "Japanese-style sesame oil to eat" is also delicious. Plenty of umami thanks to chicken and pork extract. Every time you eat it, the scent will come out to your nose.

◆ Mala soup to eat

A seasoning that combines onions, doubanjiang, ginger, rapeseed oil, garlic, sesame oil, and spices. The label is designed with an illustration of a panda with a great taste. "Why is it a panda? That's a panda in China. I'm afraid of my cuteness."

If you eat it with a little bit of sashimi, it will have a different punchy taste than when you add soy sauce. At first, the umami is predominant, but later the spiciness gradually attacks. Please note that if you are deceived by a cute panda and attach a lot, you will get tears.

If you use "Eat Mala Soup", it's easy to make mapo tofu. Ginger and garlic add an accent to the combination of spiciness, sweetness and saltiness. I am grateful that this one determines the taste.

In addition to the two introduced in the series, there is a lineup of "Eating Olive Oil" and "Japanese-style Bagna Cauda". Each package is unique, so every time you use it, you will feel at ease.
