Yarrow Cartilage with Green Onion and Garlic

Ingredients

1 package yagen cartilage
1 leek
2 cm tube of garlic
2cm tube of ginger
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon sake
white sesame seeds, to taste
1 tablespoon soy sauce
salt to taste

Directions

1. lightly wash and drain yakene cartilage and sprinkle salt lightly. 2.
