◆ Material

Pumpkin 1/8 eggplant 2 okra 8 paprika 1 tablespoon sesame oil 1 tablespoon

[Sauce]
1 tablespoon soy sauce
Mentsuyu (3 times concentrated) 2 tbsp
3 tablespoons vinegar
1 tablespoon sugar

◆ How to make

1. Slice the pumpkin to about 5mm and cut it into bite-sized pieces (it's easier to buy the one that has been sliced in advance). To shorten the time, put it in a heat-resistant container, wrap it, and heat it in a microwave oven (600W) for 2 minutes and 30 seconds.

2. Make a 5mm deep cut in the eggplant and then cut it into small pieces. Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and bake from the skin.

3. Remove the calyx from the okra and cut into slicks, and remove the calyx and seeds from the paprika and chop them into small pieces.

4. When the eggplant in the frying pan becomes soft, add okra and paprika and fry for about 2 minutes.

5. Add pumpkin softened with lentin, fry quickly and turn off the heat.

6. Mix all the ingredients of the sauce and entangle with the vegetables.

7. After letting the taste blend in for about 15 minutes, put it in a bowl and finish.

◆ What is the taste?

Hokuhoku pumpkin, Tron and soft eggplant, sticky okra, crispy and fresh paprika, and a different texture for each bite is fun! The natural sweetness of vegetables, the umami of mentsuyu, and the aroma of sesame oil are added to the deliciousness. The slight acidity of vinegar brings together the taste neatly. You may like it when making sauce, but add a little to make it more refreshing.
