At the Sanuki udon specialty store "Marugame Seimen", a To go limited product "Ice Udon" will be on sale. Limited time offer from July 7th to August 31st.

What is ice udon?

A menu where you can eat frozen soup stock with cold udon noodles that have been freshly made and tightened while breaking the frozen soup stock. The umami is condensed in the ice broth, and when it melts in the mouth, it spreads the scent. Udon is chewy and you can enjoy the flavor of wheat. Adding green onions and tenkasu adds a crispy and crispy texture, making it even more lively.
