Sasami no Oyako-don (Beef and Chicken Bowl)

Make your usual oyakodon a little healthier! Here is an arranged recipe "Sasami no Oyako-don" to enjoy the taste of white meat, which tends to be dry.

Material ( For 2 persons )
Sasami (without muscle) 200g (7.05oz)
onion (edible plant, Allium cepa) 1/2 piece
egg two (objects)
misjudgement two bowls of rice (esp. as an offering to a guest)
mirin 2 tablespoons
sugar 1 teaspoon
soy sauce 2 tablespoons
Japanese granulated soup stock 1/3 teaspoon
water (esp. cool, fresh water, e.g. drinking water) 150cc
topping As you like.

Sasami no Oyakodon

Ingredients (for 2 servings

) - 200g (7.05oz) white meat (without muscle)
- 1/2 onion
- 2 eggs
- 2 bowls of rice
- 2 tablespoons mirin (sweet cooking rice wine)
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1/3 teaspoon Japanese granulated soup stock
- 150cc water
- Toppings to taste

Directions

1. Add mirin, sugar, soy sauce, Japanese granulated soup stock and water to a frying pan and bring to a boil over medium heat.


2. Remove the muscle, add the white meat cut into bite-size pieces and thinly sliced onion, and simmer for about 5 minutes.




Add beaten eggs, turn off the heat when half-cooked, cover and steam for 1 minute.


4. Place the ingredients on a bowl of rice, sprinkle with mitsuba leaves, etc. as desired, and you are done!
