Charcoal Yakitori Tare Shichimi

Charcoal-grilled chicken thighs are seasoned with a combination of soy sauce-based sauce and shichimi (seven-spice) togarashi. The chicken is rolled into pieces that can be picked up with a pair of chopsticks, and when heated in a microwave oven, it becomes hot and steamy, whetting the appetite.
