Baked Enoki "Shafts" with Butter and Soy Sauce Recipe!

Just bake them with enoki mushroom shafts, butter soy sauce or olive oil and you have an addictively delicious snack!

Material ( for one person )
Chinese nettle tree 1 bag (use the shaft part)
butter proper quantity
soy sauce proper quantity

(This recipe is based on Asahi Beer's recipe.

1 bag of enoki mushrooms (use the stem part)
Butter to taste
Soy sauce to taste


Directions

Cut off a thin slice of the enoki mushrooms only where the "sawdust" is attached. Cut the stem part into two round slices, 1.5 cm apart.


Heat butter in a frying pan and cook the enoki stems over medium heat. When browned, turn over and grill both sides.


Sprinkle soy sauce over the enoki and place on a plate. Sprinkle parsley or other garnish if desired.


You can also use olive oil instead of butter and salt and pepper instead of soy sauce. It's up to you.
