Otsumami Jagarico Meatballs with Bean Curd Flavor

Developed to provide an easy and satisfying way to enjoy authentic flavor when you feel like having a beer. The spiciness of chili peppers is utilized to express the flavor of the popular dish "mapo doufu" (bean-curd soup seasoned with red pepper). By combining the traditional Jagarico manufacturing method with "OTOMAMI Jagarico's" unique coating method, the spiciness of chili peppers, the flavor of sansho and huajiao pepper, and the delicious taste of minced pork are reproduced in a complex flavor.

Otsumami Edamariko Burnt Soy Sauce Butter Flavor

Otsumami Edamariko Burnt Soy Sauce Butter Flavor, with its addictive flavor of burnt soy sauce and butter, was developed as an edamame snack that makes beer go down a treat. Since its first release in 2018, the Edamariko series, which uses edamame as its main ingredient, has been well received for its original bean ingredient flavor. This time, soy sauce and butter, which go well with edamame, were selected as the flavors. Roasted soy sauce paste is used to match the beer, giving it a "dark soy sauce" and "burnt" taste.
