Is it like mochi? There is plenty of red bean paste and milk cream in the cold chewy sweets "Mochimochi no Tsutsumi"!

Mochi-mochi cool sweets!

From the "Wa" Sweets series of MONTEUR, two new "Mochimochi no Tsutsumi" for a limited time were released on May 1st.

This is a cold Japanese-Western eclectic sweet with a chewy texture like mochi. "Mochimochi no Tsutsumi / Koshian" and "Same / Kuromitsu" will be released.

Mochimochi no Tsutsumi / Koshian is a sweet made by enclosing azuki bean paste from Hokkaido and a milk cream blended with whipped cream and condensed milk in homemade custard in a chewy dough. It seems that the dough with a strong presence, the thickly tailored cream, and the bean paste melt in your mouth.

On the other hand, sticky wrapping and black honey are made by wrapping black honey paste and milk cream in a sticky dough.
