Shateraise will sell three types of Daifuku made from new rice produced in 2023: "Tsuki Daifuku", "Tsuki Daifuku Walnut Soy Sauce", "Hakushu Meisui Salted Bean Daifuku", and "Tokachi Azuki Ohagi".

Sakiyo-ken "Hitokuchi Ohagi" - mochi rice wrapped in red bean paste made from 100% azuki beans produced in Tokachi, Hokkaido.

Hitokuchi Ohagi" will be available from Sakiyoken. This confectionery is made just in time for the far shore of Japan. It is made of rice with a mochi (glutinous rice cake) texture that is unique to Sakiyoken and is bite-sized for easy consumption. The red bean paste is made from 100% azuki beans produced in Tokachi, Hokkaido, and is said to have a refreshing sweetness that allows you to enjoy the flavor of the azuki beans.
