The "Brown Sugar Jelly Hojicha Latte," which combines carefully roasted, refreshing stick hojicha latte with the richness of brown sugar jelly, will appear at Sukiya again following last year. Uji-bo hojicha is roasted slowly and evenly to the core using far-infrared rays, resulting in a refreshing aroma with a clean aftertaste and less astringent taste.

The roasted aroma is carefully extracted and combined with hojicha powder made only from the first tea leaves, resulting in a refreshing yet deep flavor.
