Fair" is "Chicken

Rice." Matsuya restaurants will hold a "Taiwan Fair" from September 1 to October 31 to commemorate the 5th anniversary of the first store opening in Taiwan. As the first item, "Chicken Rice" will be on sale from 10:00 a.m. on September 5 (except for some stores).

In addition, a "3-day/2-night trip to Taiwan" present campaign will be held on the official Matsuya app.

Chicken

Rice The "Chicken Rice," the first dish to appear at the Taiwan Fair, consists of tender chicken meat, Matsuya's own kimchi, crunchy green onions, and a thick, half-boiled egg on a bed of warm rice. The dish is arranged in the Matsuya style to suit Japanese rice.


The flavorful green onion soy sauce is a perfect match for the brightly colored ingredients. The chicken meat is not greasy and is refreshing, making it perfect for this hot season. The price is 630 yen (tax included, same as below).

Also available at the same time is the "Chicken Combo Beef Meal," which is a combination of standard beef and beef meats. It is priced at 750 yen.


Take-out is also available. In this case, miso soup can be purchased separately for 60 yen.

Matsuya's official app is running a "3-day/2-night trip to Taiwan" present campaign, which anyone can enter. Ten pairs of 20 people will be selected by lottery and invited to a "3-day/2-night trip to Taiwan. The application period is from September 1 to October 31, 2023.
