Demi-glace Hamburger Steamed

Pot Set Meal The revival menu "Demi-glace Hamburger Steamed in Earthen Pot Set Meal" will be available from December 8 (Thu) to January 7 (Sat). A "200 yen off" coupon for the reissued menu is also available on the official app.


The set meal price is 1,180 yen (including tax), and the single item price is 1,030 yen (including tax). Two hamburgers can be ordered for an additional 400 yen.

Christmas Chicken with

Kurozu An (black vinegar sauce)

A Japanese-style Christmas chicken with "Kurozu An" will be available for a limited time only. It will be available until December 25. Ootoya's Chicken Box Large is 1,980 yen (tax included) and Ootoya's Chicken Box Small is 790 yen (tax included). Not available at some stores.


Ootoya's original black vinegar bean paste is made with brown rice black vinegar, brown sugar, and apple cider vinegar. The unique blend gives it an exquisite richness and sweet and sour taste. The "Chicken and Vegetable with Kurozu-an" set meal menu using Kurozu-an is the No. 1 menu item on Otoya's ever-popular menu. By adding this specialty kurozu-an, you can enjoy a different "Japanese taste" Christmas chicken.

Onion Gratin Earthen Pot

Hamburger

Steak The "Onion Gratin Earthen Pot Hamburger Steak" is available for a limited time only. It will be available until December 7.

The hand-kneaded hamburger steak, carefully prepared one by one at the restaurant, is stewed in Japanese-style onion gratin soup. The plump hamburger steak with condensed flavor of meat goes well with the tender taste of the soup, which contains a whole onion. This is a dish you will want to eat in the cold winter months to come. The set meal is priced at 1,080 yen, and the single item is 930 yen (both including tax). For an additional 400 yen, you can have two hamburgers.

In addition, a discount coupon is available exclusively through the official Otoya app, which allows you to try the "reissued menu" at a special price.

Charcoal Gr

illed Fresh Sanma "Charcoal Grilled Fresh Sanma" will be available nationwide from October 14, expanding sales of the menu that has been available only in stores since September 26. Freshly caught raw sundried sardines are delivered directly to stores, grilled over charcoal, and dipped in freshly grated daikon (Japanese radish).

The fish is procured from the port of landing without going through a market, and is selected from the largest sama of the year. The fish is cooked over a charcoal fire, which has a high heating effect. The far-infrared ray effect heats the surface of the food faster than gas grilling, and the glutamic acid, a flavor component, is not lost, resulting in a fuller flavor. In addition, the unique savory flavor of charcoal grilling is added, and the freshly grilled texture can be enjoyed. In some stores, the fish is grilled directly over an open flame.

The price is 980 yen for a set meal of one saury and 830 yen for a single fish, and 1,380 yen for a set meal of two saury and 1,230 yen for a single fish (tax included).

Marbo-Doufu

Set Meal The "Marbo-Doufu Set Meal" will be available as a revival menu item. This is one of the re-released menu items that appear every month on the 8th of every month as "Otoya Gohan no Hi" (Otoya Rice Day). The spicy Szechuan-style marbled beef is enhanced with secret flavors of oyster sauce and chicken broth. It is spicy, but not too spicy to stop eating. The dish is also very hearty and once you try it, you will become addicted to it.

Please note that sales may be discontinued in the event that the number of customers exceeds expectations. The dish may also be sold out depending on the store and time of day. In principle, the dish will be sold at all Otoya stores, with a few exceptions. The product will not be sold at the AEON MALL Takasaki, AEON MALL Hinode, AEON MALL Kurashiki, and Ario Kameari.

Demi-glace chicken cutlet set

meal The 8th of every month is designated as "Otoya Gohon no Hi" (Otoya Rice Day), and popular menu items from the past are reintroduced every month. This time, the nostalgic Western-style "Demiglace Chicken Cutlet Set Meal" finished with Japanese-style demiglace sauce will be made.

The crispy fried chicken cutlet, Japanese style demi-glace sauce and cheese powder go well together. The demi-glace sauce is blended with the flavor of roasted onions and stewed vegetables, and soybean miso and butter are added to create a Japanese taste that goes well with the rich and flavorful rice.

Hokkaido fatty salmon, eringi mushrooms and shiitake mushrooms are crispy and fluffy fried with Ootoya's special fresh breadcrumbs. The tartar sauce with shiso leaves, prepared in the restaurant, is a perfect match. A refreshing way to enjoy the taste of autumn.

Oyster stir-fry set meal with large oysters and mushrooms

from Etajima, Hiroshima Prefecture. The aroma of the mushrooms and the texture of the vegetables enhance the flavor of the juicy large oysters, which are so succulent that their juices overflow.

Seafood Soup An Earthen Pot Set Meal with Broth and Plenty of Woody M

ushrooms This is Ootoya's special seafood soup earthen pot with shiitake mushrooms, maitake mushrooms, enoki mushrooms, shimeji mushrooms, nameko mushrooms, and other seasonal mushrooms and plenty of vegetables. Katsu Curry

Lunch Set Ootoya offers a variety of specials on the 8th of every month, as well as a "Ootoya Gohon no Hi" (Ootoya Gohon Day), where popular dishes from the past are re-released every month. The "Chicken Katsu Curry Set Meal" is one such dish.

The chicken katsu, which features a crispy batter, is topped with a sweet and rich curry with chutney, coriander, cumin, cardamom, and other spices. The dish is said to have a nostalgic flavor with lettuce and penne, and is characterized by Ootoya's emphasis on volume.

It will be available from August 8. The set meal is priced at 860 yen, and the individual item is 760 yen (tax included). The chicken katsu can be doubled for an additional 200 yen. A 200 yen discount coupon will also be distributed through the official application.

Shabu Ethnic Salad with Tom Yam Kung Dressing and Ginger Rice

The pork shabu salad is refreshingly cool with a mild Tom Yam Kung dressing and pak choi. The cold pork shabu, crispy onion slices, and plump shrimp are balanced by the refreshing lemon and pak choi. The ginger rice set comes with a ginger flavor and a gentle taste that goes well with the rice. The set menus are available only in stores and for a limited time only.

Ootoya-style Asian Chicken Karaage Set Meal with Sweet Chili Sauce

Crispy and juicy Ootoya-style fried chicken topped with a generous amount of sweet chili sauce with seasoning sauce and garlic. The combination with the pak choi makes for a refreshing and satisfying meal. The moderate spiciness and refreshing taste make this dish suitable for the season when you have a poor appetite. It is available only at stores and for a limited time only.
