okkis Sushiro stores will hold the "Stamina Festival" for a limited time starting July 19. In addition, "Draft Beer Jokkis" will be offered at half price from July 19 to July 30.

The "Stamina Festival" is a lineup of many "Stamina products" that are designed to help you survive the hot summer months by eating sushi. Below is a partial list of the featured items.

Ookiri Eel

Eel sushi with a large slice of eel that has been steamed and grilled to condense its flavor. You can enjoy the plump and juicy meat in a large, hearty portion. Prices start at 180 yen. Available from July 19 to August 20.

Eel Liver Gunkan

Only one precious "eel liver" can be obtained from each eel, and it is grilled to an aromatic flavor. Prices start at 120 yen. Available from July 19 to July 30.

Unagi (eel)

The most affordable "yellow plate" of two pieces of eel is available. Prices start from 120 yen. Available from July 19 to July 30.

Tataki with Kimchi

Spicy Miso Bottled Chicken

Spicy miso sauce and light bottle-length tuna make a perfect match. Priced from 120 yen. On sale from July 19 to July 30.

Stamina Pork Kim

Pork belly seasoned with sweet and spicy sauce and served with kimchi, garlic sprouts, and other stamina ingredients. Priced from 180 yen. Available from July 19 to July 30.

Yangnyom Chicken

Freshly fried chicken with yangnyeom sauce. Priced from 360 yen. Available from July 19 to July 30.

Karashibi Miso Ramen

This ramen is made under the supervision of "Onikinbo," a restaurant popular for its spicy and shibi-tinged flavor, and comes with a choice of three types of "shibi-re" (spicy, spicy, and miso). Prices range from 440 yen for the first shibi, 450 yen for the second shibi, and 460 yen for the third shibi. Available from July 19 to July 30.
