Hamazushi restaurants will hold the "Hamazushi's Big Lobo Bottlenose Tuna and Summer Stamina Festival" from July 6. The lineup includes items perfect for summer, such as "Dai-Giri Dai-Toro Bincho," which is made from a rare part of Bincho tuna, "Shima-Aji Live-clawed Horse Mackerel from Uwajima, Ehime Prefecture" and "Seared Tororo Salmon with Sudachi grated radish".

This product uses the most fatty and rare part of the albacore tuna, "Haramo". The price is 110 yen (tax included, same as below).

Live-clawed Shima-Aji (horse mackerel) from Uwajima, Ehime Prefecture

Sushi made with fresh sashimi horse mackerel, which is now in season. The price is 319 yen. The "Live-close Shima-Aji from Kyushu" will be sold at stores in Kyushu.
