"Bunmeido's Castella Aromatic White Peach"

Bunmeido Tokyo will release "Bunmeido's Castella Aromatic White Peach" on July 18. The new flavor is part of the "Frozen Castella Series," available for a limited time only, and comes in boxes of five slices each, priced at 675 yen (tax included).

Castella Series The "Frozen Castella Series" was developed in response to the cry of "I want to eat cold Castella on a hot summer day," and can be frozen for a delicious taste. They are made using a unique recipe that does not compromise the "moist texture" that is a particular feature of Bunmeido's sponge cakes, and that includes a "milk ingredient" that was arrived at through our commitment as a sponge cake specialty store. It can be eaten frozen or at room temperature.

Fragrant White Peach

Bunmeido's Castella Aromatic White Peach is a new flavor in the Frozen Castella series. A rich domestic white peach puree is added to the sponge cake dough, and the fresh aroma of white peaches overflows from the moment the package is opened. When you eat it, the clean sweetness of the white peaches will fill your mouth.


You can also enjoy the change in texture depending on how long you freeze them. At room temperature, the texture is soft and fluffy; at 3 hours frozen, the texture is slightly cold and moist; at 6 hours frozen, the texture is cool and firm. Please choose the one that best suits your mood.

Available at all Bunmeido Tokyo stores nationwide from July 18 to August 30, online from July 17 at 11:00 to August 10 at 11:00, and at supermarkets and other retailers from July 18 to August 23. In Hokkaido, the product will be available sequentially from July 20.
