Bunmeido Chakan Le Cafe is located in the Isezakicho shopping district, a few minutes' walk from Kannai Station. The coffee shop spreads out like a hideaway behind the store that sells castella.◆ Sweets that make you feel at home "Meiji Admiration"
The menu includes the representative product, Castella, "Castella Ice Clean" with vanilla ice cream sandwiched between castella, "Kasutera Pudding", a pudding with plenty of castella, and "Mt. Wakakusa", a dorayaki that is baked after receiving an order. And so on.Especially recommended is the sweet "Meiji Admiration" (310 yen) with ram raisin cream sandwiched between Bunmeido's castella. This is very delicious!
Meiji admiration that appeared with mint and cherries. Castella is plump and thick, but it melts in your mouth. The richness of the egg and the sweetness of sugar, which is fragrant and soft, melts and spreads on your tongue. Really elegant taste and texture without depriving the mouth of water!
And a cool cold ram raisin cream with plenty of sand here. The smooth cream contains ram raisin pulp that can be played juicy and succulent. Adult sweets with the subtle astringency of rum raisins and the fluffy scent of Western liquor.

This time, I asked the clerk to add a 50 yen coin to the Grasson Brize of "Kokura Milk", which he said he liked.

As you dig up little by little, plenty of An Ogura appears from the bottom. The sticky and chewy texture of azuki beans, the melting sweetness ... This mixes with the ice covered with milk and makes your mouth happy.

I didn't write it on the menu, but it seems that Grasson Brisé also has strawberry and melon shaved ice topped with vanilla ice cream. The clerk recommends strawberry shaved ice. The vanilla ice cream on top is delicious again!
