nuevo by BUNMEIDO is a new brand born from the castella specialty store Bunmeido Tokyo. We have a lineup of "cute and easy-to-eat" sweets that add modern essence to the baked confectionery technology that we have cultivated over many years.

The "Uncle Nuevo's Kama-dashi Castella" is a product that is originally made by letting it sit for a day to make it "moist", but with its own recipe, it is deliciously freshly made.
