The "Yokohama Mooncake Orange" is a refreshing mooncake perfect for summer, with sweet and sour jelly made from Mandarin and Valencia oranges wrapped in orange bean paste accented with a hint of bitterness from the orange peel. The jelly's texture, sourness, and the refreshing flavor of the mint liqueur used as a secret ingredient stand out when the mooncake is chilled.

Ika Siu Mai (squid siu mai)

Ika shioumai is a popular summer-only shioumai dish that has been renewed for the 2022 edition, with the pork used in the past replaced by chicken and seasoned with kombu dashi, giving it a refreshing yet rich flavor. The crunchy texture of the squid can also be enjoyed.

The "Obento Summer" is a lunch box containing a small assortment of ingredients unique to this time of the year, and is designed to provide a taste of summer.
