Nakau offers "Unaju", "Toku Unaju", "Unagi-Oyako", "Unatoro-jyu", and "Nakau no Hitsumabushi", which will be available from May 12 to late September.

Nakau "Unaju" (eel)

Nakau's "Unaju" is grilled slowly, steamed, dipped in sauce, and grilled three times to create a savory, fluffy texture. The juicy, fatty flavor can be enjoyed together with the broiled egg, which is made with our special eggs.

The dish is also served with Nakau's original "special Kyoto-style sansho" (a spicy and refreshing flavor), which enhances the flavor of the eel. The price is 880 yen (tax included).

Unagi Oyako" is a new menu item to be introduced in 2022. You can enjoy Nakau's oyakodon and unagi at the same time. The price is 1,260 yen.

Unatte-ro-jyu

The "Unatoro-jyu" is a combination of eel and grated yam. The selling price is 1,030 yen.

Nakau Hitsumabushi

Nakau's Hitsumabushi comes with a set of delicious Kyoto-style dashi (broth) made from bonito, kelp, and dried sardines, as well as a variety of condiments. The price is 1,000 yen.

With the exception of Naka-U's Hitsu-mabushi, all of these items are available for takeout. In principle, all of these items are available at all Nakau restaurants, with a few exceptions.
