Kameya Mannendo "Daifuku" (Fully Ripe Tomato Daifuku)

The "Fully Ripe Tomato Daifuku" is made from a whole large, lush, fully ripe mini-tomato produced at Ide Tomato Farm in the Shonan area north of Fujisawa City, Kanagawa Prefecture. The Daifuku is made with a sweet white bean paste that is made with pure Hakushu famous water. The bursting texture of this limited-time-only Daifuku will fill your mouth with delight.

We recommend serving it chilled with cream cheese or drizzled with olive oil to add a fresh aroma. The variety of mini-tomatoes used will vary depending on the day, and will be either "Honey Drop" or "Carol".
