The Daifuku is an autumn-only sweet made of cinnamon-scented Nagano Prefecture Fuji apples wrapped in Habutae mochi (a type of rice cake made with rice flour) and an an (red bean paste) made with two types of black tea, Darjeeling and Earl Grey.
