At Excelsior Cafe, the drink "Cafe Honey" and the winter-only cakes "2-layer Cheesecake - Baked & Rare", "Pistachio and Fig Cake - Made with Fukuoka-grown Toyomitsuhime" and "Christmas Stollen" will go on sale on November 24 (Thu). The "Christmas Stollen" will go on sale on November 24 (Thu.). Two pasta dishes using luxurious ingredients will also be available on the same day.

Café Honey

An espresso drink made with precious Japanese Hundred Flowers honey. In addition to honey, condensed milk is added to the base to give it a body that rivals espresso. To enjoy the flavor of honey, the topping is simply tailored with whipped cream and honey. The gentle sweetness of this drink will make you feel relaxed even in the cold winter months.

Pistachio and Fig Cake - Made with Fukuoka-grown Toyomitsuhime -

The green and red colors of this cake brighten up the showcase during the Christmas season. The top portion is pistachio mousse, while the bottom portion is layered with Toyomitsuhime (figs produced exclusively in Fukuoka Prefecture), red wine jelly with a mature taste, and berry custard.

Christmas Stollen

The popular Christmas stollen from last year is on sale again this year. The dough is kneaded with butter and baked with rum raisins, cranberries, green raisins, oranges, and walnuts. Visitors can enjoy the gorgeous sliced cross section and the gradual change of the fruit flavors in the dough.
