This strawberry event is very popular every year. This year, three types of shortcake tarts using the brand's strawberries will be relayed throughout the event. The event runs from February 1 to March 15.

This tart is based on the motif of the tiara commemorating the 30th anniversary of the company's founding. Raisins soaked in noble rot wine are added to the custard cream. The whipped cream on top is also infused with noble rot wine to create a gorgeous flavor.
