Takara "Shochu Highball with Intense Pineapple Cider" is a limited-quantity flavor from the "Intense Series" of Takara "Shochu Highballs," which are characterized by their strong carbonation and have the highest carbonation pressure of all the Takara products. This chu-hi is inspired by the popular bar drink "shochu with local cider," and offers the stimulating sensation of ultra-high carbonation and the non-sweet "pineapple cider" flavor with zero sugar content (*).

Takara "Shochu Highball" is a dry chu-hi drink that pursues the taste of the shochu highballs that were created in the popular bars of downtown Tokyo in the late 1950s, which is said to have been the origin of the word "chu-hi" (shochu highball). Based on Takara shochu, it has a 7% alcohol content and is characterized by its crisp, refreshing, dry taste.

Based on food labeling standards, sugar content of less than 0.5 g per 100 ml is labeled as "no sugar.
