The "Yakitate Niku Udon" and "Yakitate Niku Bukkake Udon" menu items allow customers to enjoy not only freshly cooked udon noodles, but also freshly cooked beef. Each udon is served freshly grilled to order. The sound and aroma of the beef cooking in front of you is appetizing, and you can enjoy the flavor of the beef fat and the crispy texture of the onion because it is freshly cooked. There are two types of the dish: "kake" and "bukkake.


In addition, the beef and onion content has been increased by approximately 1.4 times compared to the meat udon. This makes for a more satisfying bowl of udon. The seasoning is a special soy sauce-based soup stock with a refreshingly sweet taste.

Yakitate Niku Bukkake Udon can be enjoyed "hot" or "cold". We recommend the "cold" version. The udon noodles are made with freshly shaved udon noodles, which are characterized by their smooth texture and chewy texture, combined with freshly grilled beef and onions. The flavor and sweetness of the freshly grilled beef and onions combined with the rich taste of the bukkake broth gives it a richer, richer flavor.
