A bowl of cool udon noodles with colorful wild vegetables such as bracken and royal fern, cool grated radish, and Awa Tokushima sudachi produced in Tokushima Prefecture, all combined with udon noodles that have been tightly packed. The abundant wild vegetables are mixed with the special cold broth, which adds sweetness and a rounded yet refreshing flavor. A squeeze of Awa Tokushima sudachi (Citrus sudachi) on the way to the bowl gives it a sharp, refreshing acidity.

The addition of grated ginger gives it a more refreshing taste. The addition of green onion adds a crunchy texture and flavor that will keep you coming back for more until the very last drop.

Prices including tax are (average) 590 yen, (large) 710 yen, and (special) 830 yen. Take-out is also available (in standard and large sizes only). A separate charge of 30 yen per cup is required for the container.

A bowl of cold, firm udon noodles that have been boiled and then watered down to a firm consistency, served with freshly cooked beef that is grilled right in front of you, crunchy white onions, ririgomago and plenty of chopped nori seaweed. The savory aroma of sesame oil poured over the udon stirs up your appetite.

The special dipping sauce has a spicy flavor with a hint of raayu. First, enjoy the spiciness and aroma of the raayu as it is. Then, crack an onsen tamago (hot spring egg) into the dipping sauce to add the richness of the yolk and give it a mellow flavor.

In order to encourage customers to enjoy a full meal of udon noodles with freshly cooked beef and a smooth texture, the restaurant offers the same price for 1, 1.5, and 2 udon noodles. The price is 890 yen including tax. No take-out service is available. Not available in Saitama and Kyushu areas.
