A "Spring To go Fair" will be held at Washoku SATO from March 3 to 30, featuring a seasonal To go menu featuring sea bream from Kochi Prefecture, bamboo shoots and rape blossoms, which are seasonal spring ingredients.

At this fair, "Spring Chirashi-jyu", "Spring Tendon with Sea Bream and Bamboo Shoots", "Spring Well-Balanced Double Bowl of Rice with Spring Tendon and Steak", "Wakatake Soba/Udon Set", and "Tendon" will be available.

Spring Chirashi-jyu

The "Spring Chirashi-jyu" is a colorful chirashi-zushi dish that includes sea bream, shrimp, lotus root, and tobiko, all of which are produced in Kochi Prefecture. It is said to be enjoyed as a spring-like layered dish. The price is 862 yen (tax included, same as below).

The "Sea bream and bamboo shoots spring tempura bowl" features sea bream from Kochi Prefecture with spring ingredients such as bamboo shoots, rape blossoms, and butterbur, and two prawn tempura. A large serving of rice is free. The price is 646 yen.

Spring Well-Being Double Donburi [Haru Tendon & Steak Donburi].

The "Spring Tendon & Steak Bowl" is a bowl of rice topped with a bowl of tendon featuring spring ingredients such as bamboo shoots and rape blossoms, and a steak grilled to order. The price is 754 yen.

Wakatake Soba/Udon Set

The "Wakatake Soba/Udon Set" consists of soba or udon noodles with omusubi and bamboo shoots or rape blossoms. The price is 538 yen.

Tendon

The rice-flour batter of the tempura rice bowl is said to be light in texture and enjoyable to the last bite. A large serving of rice is free. The regular price of 646 yen is halved to 322 yen during the fair.
