For the first time, "Luxury Financier with Charred Butter" uses Marcona almond poodles from Spain, which are known as the "Queen of Almonds" for their rich aroma and deep flavor. By combining it with burnt butter made from churned French fermented butter, the result is a premium financier with a deep, rich flavor.
